One of only a selective number of distinctive narrowboats built by R W Davis & Son Ltd, renowned for their Northwich Trader replicas complete with replica rivets, scribed decks fore and aft, raised handrails and folded cabin to roof plate detail. Entry at the fore, from the large tug deck, down steps into the saloon which has two comfy leather swivel and reclining chairs with matching footstools, and a Morso Squirrel stove with hot plate. Under the tug deck is plenty of storage space with scope to reinstate a double bed should you wish. The galley has luxurious granite worktop, gas cooking and under counter fridge. Mid-ships, is the master bedroom with a fixed double, wardrobe and space under the bed for storage. Florence is fitted with a Lister JP3 engine, sitting magnificently in its own engine room. The engine originated from a fishing boat and has been meticulously maintained including a recent significant overhaul. At the stern, you will find the most beautiful Boatmans cabin, complete with drop table, crumb drawer, bed box, and a useful wardrobe, all traditionally scumbled and painted, and of course an Epping range completes the traditional back cabin.
