ABYA

The Association of Brokers and Yacht Agents’ (ABYA) is the association that represents professional yacht brokers, dealers and also new boat sales people. ABYA members must have demonstrated a knowledge and application of the necessary legal, financial and tax documentation required in order to pass on good legal title when buying a vessel in order to become a member.

British Marine Boat Retailers & Brokers represents all companies and individuals involved in the sale of new and second-hand craft. It encourages the training and development of individuals working in this field and aims to identify, debate and resolve the specific issues affecting the boat retail and brokerage sector.
