Crafted in 2003 by Barry Hawkins on a Paul Barber shell, Myosotis is a striking 60ft x 13ft Dutch barge, powered by a Gardner 6LW diesel engine. Designed with practicality she boasts a host of desirable features including a hydraulic bow thruster, solar panels and a folding canopy hood over the wheelhouse. The spacious aft cabin has a beautifully curved galley, equipped with a diesel range cooker, tall fridge/freezer, washing machine and generous oak block worktop space and cupboards. The wheelhouse with its main dining table provides the perfect vantage point to dine in. The spacious saloon is inviting with a comfy sofa bed, solid fuel stove and additional storage. The second bedroom is a versatile cabin with a permanent single berth (converts to double), drop down bunks and desk space. A modern shower room includes a cassette toilet and washbasin, and at the fore, the master bedroom offers a private retreat with ample wardrobe space, double berth and an ensuite. The ensuite is currently being used for storage, but has a shower tray, wash basin and a holding tank in place for a pump out toilet. If you are seeking a characterful floating home, then this beauty could be the one.
