Originally built by the renowned Alvechurch Boat Centre an industry name synonomous with quality since the 1970's, Knot has been beautifully refurbished by her previous owner to a high standard. Designed with a modern REVERSE layout, she is bright and welcoming with all the comforts required for life afloat. At the aft, the well appointed galley features oak block worktops, Belfast sink, an under counter fridge and a freezer, a slimline dishwasher, and ample storage. There is also a washer/dryer onboard - perfect for extending cruising or residential use. Moving forward, the combined dinette and saloon provides flexible seating in an L-shaped configuration, which converts to a double berth for guests, alongside a chaise lounge that forms a useful single berth. The saloon has a solid fuel stove to compliment the Webasto diesel fired central heating system. The shower room is equipped with a quadrant shower, washbasin and cassette toilet, while the permanent double bedroom at the fore provides a peaceful and private retreat. 230V power is via a landline and 2kW inverter, with battery charging by a 7A charger along with trickle charging from 2 solar panels.
