A go anywhere length boat perfect for a couple, although it may be possible to replace the chair with a sofa bed, therefore creating accommodation for family or friends. The interior has a professional quality fitout with a partial refit by her current owner and has the usual saloon, galley, shower room and bedroom layout. The saloon houses a solid fuel stove which is complimented by diesel fired central heating. The compact shower room has a pump out wc, a washbasin and a shower tray along with a storage cupboard for towels etc. Unusually for a traditional style narrowboat, there is a pram style cover to protect the steerer and the aft deck, which along with a cratch covered well deck, complete with seating and a small table, add to the usable space. The exterior paintwork is faded with some paint peeling, it has to be said that it is in need of some TLC, perfect if you are handy with a paintbrush, and this of course is reflected in the price.
