Blue Moon is a full length traditional narrowboat from a highly respected builder with a carefully planned layout. She provides accommodation for up to eight, or four in long-term comfort, with shower and toilet facilities separating the two main sleeping cabins. The aft cabin provides two single berths, there is a permanent double and two make up doubles on the Pullman dinette and the sofa bed. The joinery would impress by sheer quantity alone, but every item is stamped with Colecrafts character and high standard of craftsmanship which has been well maintained throughout her life. The Pullman dinette is raised for a better view out when eating, whilst the saloon has a comfortable sofa for lounging on after a long days boating. When the weather allows there is even a table for al fresco meals in the well deck. The ideal residential specification includes Webasto diesel fired central heating, pump out wc, shower in a glazed cubicle, 230V fridge freezer, microwave and usual gas hob, oven and grill, with plumbing installed ready for a washing machine.
