Purchased as a sailaway with the engine compartment, galley and shower room fitted out professionally with the rest of the cabin having Ikea free standing furniture. This style of craft is becoming ever more popular, and although they cannot be cruised everywhere, they can offer superb comfortable accommodation and still access many miles of the system. When the time comes to cast off, the powerful, rugged Canaline 52hp diesel engine, which has only run for 84 hours, and the 95kgf Vetus bow thruster should make boat handling a pleasure. The galley as expected contains full gas cooking facilities as well as a 12V fridge and 230V microwave, with the washer dryer housed in a cupboard under the fitted breakfast bar. The large corner sofa bed in the saloon provides overnight accommodation for your guests. In this REVERSE layout boat there is a private master bedroom in the forward cabin with the fully fitted shower room adjacent. Heating is provided by a solid fuel stove in the saloon with diesel fired central heating to warm the rest of the interior. The forward and aft decks are to be professionally repainted prior to sale.
