Amber Boats, constructed in Poland, have become synonymous in recent years with quality craftsmanship and this is no exception, including a thicker than normal hull base plate. Solidly built in ash, this spacious six berth fitout is in the popular floating cottage style, with a forward saloon and aft bedroom, the latter of which includes a permanent double which extends to a very comfortable 5ft, with guests accommodated on a make up double on the dinette with the other double on the saloon sofa bed. There is extra headroom for taller crew members. Hard wearing Karndean flooring is fitted, for ease of cleaning, so dogs and children can come and go as they please. Independent 230V power for equipment can be provided via the 3kW pure sine wave inverter charger from the large 512Ah domestic battery bank. To extend the cruising season, the cabin is heated with a combination of diesel fired central heating and the cosy solid fuel stove. Who Knows Where The Time Goes has been well maintained with a professional repaint in September 2021. Powered by a rugged 45hp Barras Shire engine, cruising should always be a pleasure.
