Megan is a full length, traditional style narrowboat from the well respected Steve Hudson. The interior is in oak and dark hardwood, creating a timeless feel and is to the usual Hudson high standard, with these boats always being highly sought after on the second hand market. Megan is ideal as a family boat with a permanent double bed, a make up double on the Pullman dinette and three single bunk beds. The lower bunks also convert into a further double, with the starboard one converting, if necessary, to a useful desk, perfect for a life afloat if you are not yet ready to break your working ties. A 70ft boat allows space for a separate dining area, sensible sized galley and of course plenty of room in the saloon for comfortable freestanding furniture. Megan is equipped with a pure sine wave inverter or an engine driven generator, both of which will come into their own when a landline is not available. Heating is by a Mikuni diesel boiler which will be serviced prior to sale, along with a Bubble square diesel stove for additional warmth in the colder months.
