A distinctive professional fit-out with trademark Braidbar detailing throughout, this is a boat that has it all including a choice of second toilet; pump out or cassette! With only two owners from new, she was designed and used as a liveaboard by the first owners, with features including diesel central heating backed-up by cosy solid fuel, a compact freezer and space for a full size washing machine. Should you wish, the solid fuel stove could be replaced by a diesel stove, with separate pipework already in place. Likewise, the second toilet in the utility area could easily be converted into a walk-in wardrobe to add to the considerable storage already featured. As well as the permanent double bed at the aft of the cabin, there are two further make-up double berths on the Pullman dinette and the built-in sofa, which will come in useful when you want to invite family or friends to stay. The trusty Beta engine benefits from having a short engine replacement in 2016 and manoeuvrability is aided by the 24V bow thruster. If a favourable offer is made, the vendor will be happy to renew the Boat Safety Scheme certificate and blacking prior to sale.
