Built by her first owner, a professional boat fitter, as shown by the level of quality and neat design ideas. She is set-up to cruise, with the beefy Lister JP3, boasting low engine hours since being rebuilt, matched to a hydraulic drive with Crowther Propeller to make the most of the power. There is also plenty of power in the hydraulic bow thruster that can be continuously operated, making manoeuvring easier than some shorter boats. An added bonus of the hydraulic drive is the higher headroom in the aft cabin as compared to shaft-driven systems, and this separate aft cabin is well away from the saloon enabling use as an office or second saloon; it is currently set-up with washbasin installed for use as a single bedroom. The sizeable forward and aft water tanks means infrequent top-ups and the ability to trim the boat. Double-glazed tinted windows for the saloon help provide privacy and a skylight over the walk-through galley gives extra light to supplement the portholes. The design includes a fuel system and second diesel tank, plus engine beds, for an onboard generator. Mention should also be made of the much-admired external appearance that shows off the elegant lines.
