Are you having trouble making your mind up whether you prefer a trad or semi trad style boat? Katalina takes away that decision as she has the profile of a traditional stern, but a large sliding aft hatch fully opens to become a semi trad with ample room and seating for crew members. She has stunning paintwork and is well recognised along the Macclesfield Canal where her home mooring is. She has been a proven liveaboard with accommodation for two in the cosy forward bedroom and overnight guests can sleep comfortably on the Pullman dinette. When she was fitted out in the popular REVERSE layout style, much thought went into the storage and there is a cupboard for everything onboard you really will not struggle to find space for your belongings. Home comforts onboard are provided by diesel central heating, with a solid fuel stove in the mid-ships saloon. The galley at the aft houses a full size washing machine and an under counter fridge, discreetly hidden behind cupboard doors, along with gas cooking and plenty of worktop space. Onboard power is provided by a 3.5kW engine driven generator, backed up by a Sterling 1.8kW inverter when a landline connection is not available.
