Every now and again, you see a boat name that makes you do a double take, but rest assured, this one is not as rude as you may think! The reference 'Fanny Toot' is a Geordie term used for someone who dithers about or 'fannys around' and so seemed a great name for messing about on the canal system. She started off as a hire boat for Kate Boats, before moving into private ownership. Being just over 60ft there is plenty of cabin space onboard for life afloat and she is capable of accommodating up to 6 people perfect for cruising with family and friends. Central heating is via a Webasto diesel boiler, with additional warmth from a solid fuel stove in the forward saloon area. A large solar array of 540W along with an MPPT controller, should help to keep the batteries charged up, with 230V power provided by the Victron 3kW inverter. She is ready for you to move onboard having been blacked in January 2024 and a new Boat Safety Scheme certificate has just been issued. There is also a hull survey from February 2024 available to read upon viewing.
