This narrowboat is in excellent condition, and we are quite familiar with it, having sold it for the first owners in 2021. Inside, the boat is beautifully finished in American oak with painted panels and oak beams, creating a bright and welcoming atmosphere. The spacious layout is perfect for residential living, designed in the popular REVERSE layout with the saloon aft and bedroom forward. The open plan galley includes a washer, oven & grill with separate hob, and fridge, along with sliding cupboard units to maximise storage space. A full width shower room features a large quadrant shower cubicle and a fitted cassette toilet. Central heating is by diesel boiler to radiators, with additional warmth from the solid fuel stove. Hot water can be heated by engine, boiler or immersion. Somang is equipped for comfortable liveaboard life, with 230V power from a choice of three sources - a Dometic 3.5kW engine driven generator, a 1.5kW inverter or the landline. Batteries are kept charged by a Victron 20A charger, with trickle charging from a 610W solar array with MPPT controller.
