Esther No3 is an excellent example of the instantly recognisable Steve Hudson design, with traditional lines, 'josher style' bow, stop beam, recessed aft panels, and replica rivets. Built to last with a 15mm baseplate, the quality continues internally, by Hudson's own in-house craftsmen, featuring beautifully finished oak and sapele woodwork. Designed to accommodate four, she offers a seamless blend of traditional charm with practical layout. The open plan forward saloon and galley feature a comfortable sofa and breakfast bar with two stools. The galley has gas cooking, an under counter fridge and a compact washing machine, while the shower room includes a cubicle shower, washbasin and cassette toilet. Diesel central heating, a back cabin range and a solid fuel stove in the saloon will keep you warm in all seasons. 230V power is provided by a Victron 3kW inverter/120A charger, with four cabin batteries. A powerful Beta JD3 tug engine is situated in its own engine room forward of the beautifully scumbled and traditionally painted and furnished Boatman s cabin. This modern, but traditionally low revving engine along with a 7hp electric bow thruster makes cruising a pleasure.
