Based upon a shell by the respected Tim Tyler, the professional Braidbar fit out includes a mock Welsh dresser to the galley, raised Pullman dinette, extending permanent double bed and lots of storage in bespoke oak furniture with raised & fielded doors. 230V power is available from three sources a Dometic Travel Power 3.5kW engine driven generator, a Victron Multiplus 2kW inverter/charger or the landline, while a large solar array keeps the batteries trickle charged. Propulsion is by a Beta 43hp diesel engine with a PRM 150 hydraulic gearbox, assisted by a hydraulic bow thruster for ease of manoeuvring. Accommodation is provided for up to four people with a permanent double berth and a convertible dinette. The galley is equipped with gas cooking, microwave, and undercounter fridge, while the aft cabin houses both a washing machine and a tumble dryer. A tiled shower cubicle, washbasin and pump-out toilet complete the onboard facilities. The saloon is an inviting space with two chairs and a solid fuel stove, complemented by Webasto diesel central heating. Ifigenia is an ideal boat for those seeking a practical home afloat.
