Built in 2005, Heron is a traditional stern narrowboat with a straightforward layout and a professional fit-out by Eastern Caravans. A mix of windows and portholes creates a bright, airy interior, enhanced by a recent fresh coat of paint. Perfect as a first boat or for those looking to downsize from a larger craft, Heron offers all the essentials for comfortable cruising. While simple by modern standards, she provides everything needed to start life afloat, including gas cooking, landline connection, cassette toilet, shower, a fixed double berth, and an additional make-up double for guests. Powered by a Honda 15hp 4-stroke petrol outboard engine (last serviced in April 2025), the compact 30ft length makes her well-suited for exploring the entire inland waterways network of canals and rivers. Recent maintenance includes a full repaint of the superstructure and fresh blacking in 2024, ensuring she is ready for new adventures.
