Priced to reflect her age and the maintenance she may require, Sandy offers an excellent opportunity for someone seeking a rewarding project with plenty of potential. This REVERSE layout vessel features a saloon/dinette at the aft. The galley includes a gas cooker and an under counter fridge, while hot water is supplied via an instantaneous gas water heater. Cabin heating is by a solid fuel stove - there is also a wall mounted catalytic gas heater installed, but it should be assumed that this is inoperative and will require decommissioning. Midships, a tiled shower cubicle is located, with a separate toilet compartment equipped with washbasin and cassette toilet. At the fore, the bedroom offers two single berths that can convert into a double, along with a bunk bed option for flexible sleeping arrangements. Having been in the same family since 1998, Sandy is now offered for sale through bereavement. There is limited knowledge of her servicing and maintenance history. While she is in need of some modernisation, Sandy represents a wonderful opportunity for someone keen to restore and personalise a much-loved boat.
