Silver Fox is a well-presented narrowboat built by Fox Narrowboats, a long-established boatbuilder with origins dating back to 1959 on the Old River Nene. Formerly part of their respected hire fleet, Silver Fox was purchased by the current owner in 2021 and has been well cared for, resulting in a clean, tidy vessel. She offers generous and flexible accommodation for up to seven people, making her equally suitable for liveaboard life or extended cruising with family and friends. At the fore, the saloon provides comfortable L-shaped seating that converts to a double berth, along with space for a freestanding table. The adjoining galley includes gas cooking facilities, microwave and an under-counter fridge, with ample storage for longer trips. The shower room features a washbasin and pump-out toilet. A fixed double berth is located towards the aft with a dressing table. A further toilet compartment with washbasin adds convenience, especially when cruising with guests. Heating is provided by a gas-fired central heating system (serviced October 2025), ensuring warmth throughout the year. 230V onboard power is supplied via a Sterling 2.2kW inverter/80A charger.
