Built and fitted out by Liverpool Boat Co, Monica Mary presents an affordable opportunity to begin life afloat. The forward saloon features L-shaped seating that provides a single berth, while the galley is equipped with a gas oven & grill, hob, and under counter 12V fridge. The shower room comprises a tiled cubicle, cassette toilet and washbasin. Hot water is supplied via the engine or boiler, and cabin heating is provided by a Mikuni diesel boiler, complemented by a solid fuel stove. 230V power is provided by a Sterling 1.6kW inverter with a separate 15A battery charger. The aft cabin offers two bench seats forming permanent single berths, which can combine to make a double. Propulsion is by a Beta 35hp diesel engine, fitted with a hospital silencer and an Aquadrive coupling to minimise noise and vibration. Ready for immediate occupation, Monica Mary would benefit from cosmetic attention to the external paintwork and some general TLC. However, she offers excellent fundamentals and length to create a comfortable and practical liveaboard.
