Hannah is a compact narrowboat with a REVERSE layout. The aft saloon features two fixed bench seats that convert to provide guest sleeping accommodation, together with a solid fuel stove and Webasto diesel-fired central heating. The galley is equipped with an eye-level oven and grill, hob, under-counter fridge and microwave. A walk-through shower room incorporates a quadrant shower, cassette toilet and vanity unit, leading to the forward bedroom. Hot water is provided by the engine and boiler, and an immersion is fitted but not connected. Propulsion is by a Beta 30hp diesel engine showing fewer than 750 running hours. 230V power is via a shoreline connection or the Sterling 2.5kW inverter/55A charger, with two solar panels and MPPT controller helping to keep the batteries charged. The interior is presented in great condition with very little evidence of wear to fixtures and fittings. The exterior paintwork is fading in places, although sections including the roof and bow have been repainted. The owner intends to obtain a new Boat Safety Scheme Certificate prior to completion of sale.
