CHARIS

Built in a cruiser style, Charis, for the first three years of her life did sterling service as a hire boat before passing into private hands. She is equipped with a robust Isuzu diesel engine with 330Ah of domestic battery power, which is maintained by a bank of solar panels. The interior cabin lends itself ideally as a family boat or is equally suited for cruising with friends. Each of the four sleeping areas have access to a shower room without disturbing other crew members. The current 230V system could be upgraded with the addition of a landline connection and a ring main. Based on a Colecraft shell with a fit-out by Oxfordshire Narrowboats, she was built in 2003. Selling to buy a shorter boat.
