THE LADY HANNAH

Nearly all modern narrowboat shells are built from steel, but some are built from aluminium, with Sea Otter in their time being the clear market leader. Sea Otter boats are distinctively different in many ways, but especially for their low maintenance needs. The use of aluminium means that any hull paint coating is purely cosmetic and so removes the need for dry docking and blacking. There is space for freestanding furniture and a purpose designed wet locker, that is fitted with a shower tray to catch any drips, a heated towel rail and even an extractor fan to aid drying. Built in 2012, with a Vetus M4.17K diesel engine and a bow thruster. Selling due to a change in circumstances.
